Blu dot Realty is comprised of a small effective real estate team who’s experience spans from Residential Existing homes as well as New Construction to Multi-Family and even Commercial real estate. Located in the West Linn/ Lake Oswego just off HWY 205 we have access to the Portland Metro area.

Blu dot Realty was created with the intention to bring to the market a dynamic and thriving company within the worst market we have seen in decades.  The dynamic Broker team consists of Airika Waible, Principal Broker, and owner of  Blu dot Realty.  Maria Hasty, Broker, Marty Francis, Broker, and Andy Kelly, Broker.
